By accessing the AIP website or purchasing the Services, Client agrees to the practices described in this policy.

Personal Information Provided by Client

AIP collects information voluntarily provided when interacting with the AIP website or purchasing the Services. This includes:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number
  • Payment information: billing address and payment method details (processed securely through AIP's payment provider, Stripe)
  • Booking information: preferred date and time for calls, questions or notes provided when scheduling
  • Health and wellness data: information provided through the at-home blood panel, 3D body-fat scan, performance assessment, and custom supplement protocol, including any health history, symptoms, or goals shared with AIP
  • Communication preferences: consent to receive SMS and email communications

Information Collected Automatically

When Client visits the AIP website, AIP automatically collects certain technical information, including:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Cookie and tracking pixel data (see Section 8 below for details)

2. How Information Is Used

Client information is used for the following purposes:

  • To process and fulfill orders, including delivering the Services
  • To schedule and conduct Client's Onboarding Call and Results Call
  • To generate Client's personalized dashboard, supplement protocol, training and nutrition plans, and performance assessments
  • To send transactional communications, including order confirmations, booking reminders, and fulfillment updates
  • To send marketing communications about the Services, including information about additional programs, when consent has been provided
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • To improve the AIP website and Services
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect AIP's rights

3. How Information Is Shared

AIP does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the following categories of third parties:

  • Payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions securely
  • SMS and email service providers to deliver communications Client has consented to receive
  • Calendar and booking platforms to schedule and manage calls
  • Analytics and advertising platforms (including Meta/Facebook and Google) to measure and optimize marketing efforts, subject to cookie preferences
  • Laboratory and diagnostic partners who process blood panel and biological age assessments
  • AIP's partnered registered dietitian, who supports review of Client's supplement protocol
  • Professional advisors (attorneys, accountants) when necessary for legal or financial compliance
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect AIP's rights and safety

4. Health Data Notice

Health and wellness data provided through AIP's assessments is considered sensitive information and is handled with enhanced protections:

  • Health data is used solely to generate personalized reports, training and nutrition plans, and supplement protocol
  • Health data is not used for advertising targeting without explicit consent
  • Laboratory partners who process Client's blood panel are bound by HIPAA and applicable health privacy regulations. AIP itself is not a HIPAA-covered entity.
  • Deletion of health data may be requested at any time, subject to legal retention requirements

5. Data Retention

Personal information is retained for as long as Client's account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After account closure, data is retained for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Health data is retained according to applicable regulatory requirements and any explicit deletion requests made by Client.

6. Client Rights

Depending on Client's location, Client may have the following rights regarding personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data AIP holds
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: request deletion of personal data, subject to legal exceptions
  • Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or replying STOP to SMS messages
  • Data portability: request data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw consent for data processing that relies on consent

7. Third-Party Links

The AIP website may contain links to third-party websites or services. AIP is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. Client is encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites visited.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

AIP uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on the AIP website and store certain information. Cookies are small text files placed on a device when visiting a website.
